What We Offer
Treatments & what to expect
Click any treatment to see the step-by-step process we'll take you through.
Scale & Clean
A professional clean removes plaque and tartar build-up that regular brushing can't reach, keeping your gums healthy and your breath fresh.
Dental Fillings
We use tooth-coloured composite resin to restore decayed teeth to their natural appearance and function — no metal, no compromise on aesthetics.
Root Canal Treatment
When infection reaches the inner pulp of a tooth, root canal therapy removes the infection, relieves pain, and saves the natural tooth.
Dental Extractions
When a tooth cannot be saved, we perform gentle extractions with a focus on your comfort, followed by clear aftercare guidance.
Wisdom Teeth Removal
Impacted or problematic wisdom teeth can cause significant pain and crowding. We assess each case carefully and manage removal with care.
Oral Health Maintenance
Tailored advice on brushing, flossing, and diet to help you maintain a healthy mouth between appointments.
Custom Mouthguards & Retainers
Precision-fitted mouthguards for sport and custom retainers to maintain the position of your teeth after orthodontic treatment.
TMJ Treatment
Jaw pain, headaches, and clicking are often signs of TMJ disorder. We diagnose and manage this condition with a range of conservative therapies.
Teeth Grinding (Bruxism)
Night guards and habit management strategies to protect your teeth from the damaging effects of grinding and clenching.
Common Questions
Frequently asked questions
For most patients we recommend a check-up and clean every six months. However, the ideal frequency depends on your individual oral health, risk factors, and history. Some patients benefit from more frequent visits, while others with very stable oral health may be fine annually. Dr Frame will advise you on the right schedule for your needs.
Yes. Modern digital X-rays use a very small fraction of the radiation of traditional film X-rays and far less than everyday background radiation exposure. We take X-rays only when clinically necessary, and they allow us to detect problems that cannot be seen with the naked eye.
Cavities don't heal themselves. Left untreated, decay will progress deeper into the tooth, eventually reaching the nerve and requiring root canal treatment or extraction. Treating a small cavity with a filling is far simpler, quicker, and less expensive than addressing an advanced infection.
We apply local anaesthetic before any filling, so the procedure itself should be painless. You may feel some mild sensitivity in the days following, which typically settles quickly. We're also happy to discuss sedation options if you feel anxious about treatment.
Absolutely. We understand that dental anxiety is very common and completely valid. Our team takes a patient, gentle approach, and we offer Penthrox (inhaled), oral and twilight (IV) sedation options for patients who need extra support. Your comfort is always our priority.
